July 8th 2025, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting

BOA and members present: Mesha Narie Fierce – President; Michael Anderson – Vice
President; Bob Steinborn – Treasurer; Ed Sanders – Web Master; Li – Membership Chair;
Autumn Quinn – Empress 49; Joseph Shelton – Emperor 49; Nancy Farmer – Corresponding
Secretary; Anthony Garcia – Prince 49; Joe Smith; Richard Blair
Absent BOA members: Alexis Rave – Chair Council of Regents.

Call to order: 6:03pm; Mesha, President, presided the meeting.

President Report – No significant activity to report

Vice President Report – No significant activity to report

Recording Secretary Report – Vacant

Treasurer Report – Bob presented details for the finances and each account. Joseph motioned
to accept the financial report, Ed second, with all in favor, motion passed.

Public Relations Report – Vacant

Membership Chair Report – No significant activity to report.

Web Master Report – No significant activity to report.

State of the Reign Report – Autumn and Joseph discussed details of recent and upcoming
events and travels. Ideas for fundraising are forthcoming. PR Ball was discussed, Joseph
motioned to accept a budget of up to $350 for PR Ball expenses, Autumn second, with all in
favor, motion passed.

Corresponding Secretary Report – No significant activity to report.

State of the Regents Report – Absent, no report given.

Old Business – Back to school drive will be going until 1 August. Anyone have any ideas of a
host hotel for future coronations should get with the President prior to December 15th, otherwise
plans to sign a new contract with Antlers Hotel will take place. Pricing for coronation tickets are
set and available online for purchase.

New Business – Richard Blair with Southern Colorado Health Network spoke on updates to their
organization and an overview of how UCPPE can be involved with them. Plans to work with
them in the near future. Candidate interview will be held August 12th
, following the Board meeting. Planning for coronation 50 is underway.
Community comments – No comments from members present.

With no further discussion, next meeting is set for August 12th 6pm at The Retro Lounge.
