Nov 9th 2025, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting
BOA and members present: Mesha Narie Fierce – President; Bob Steinborn – Treasurer; Ed
Sanders – Web Master; Li – Membership Chair; Autumn Quinn – Co Council; Joseph Shelton –
Co Council; Beyonca DeLeon Empress 50; Scott Mosher-Ramirez – Emprex 50; Nancy Farmer
– Recording Secretary; Hysteria Brooks.
Absent: Michael Andersen – Vice President
Call to order: 10:01am; Mesha, President, presided the meeting.
President Report – Nothing significant to report.
Vice President Report – N/A
Treasurer Report – Bob presented details for the finances and each account. Discussion
regarding how monies would be dispersed to charity. Also discussed travel funds for Top 4.
Joseph motioned to accept treasure’s report, Autumn second, with all in favor, motion passed.
Recording Secretary Report – Will be recording meetings.
Public Relations Report – Vacant
Membership Chair Report – 1 additional membership.
Web Master Report – Uploaded pictures of new Monarchs. Purchased card reader with tap to
pay and Ed will be joining the Treasurer’s committee. Requested reimbursement of $59 + tax for
card reader. Ed motioned for reimbursement, Autumn second. No discussion. 7 in favor, 1
abstained, motion passed.
State of the Reign Report – Beyonca and Scott brought forward Queen Mothers, PRs, colors
and future events. Hysteria Brooks for Queen mother. Discussion. Autumn motioned to accept
Hysteria as Queen Mother, Scott second, with in favor, motion passed. Connie L. as PR.
Discussion had regarding not being present at meeting this morning. Autumn motioned, Ed
second, with all in favor motion passed.
Scott brought forward Jayme Von D for his Queen Mother. Autumn motioned to accept, Joseph
second, with all in favor, motion passed. Ramiyah for PR. Autumn motioned to accept, Joseph
second. All in favor, motion passed.
Briefed on travel plans and events for the year.
Corresponding Secretary Report – Vacant
State of the Regents Report – Discussed what charities would receive money from Reign 49.
Autumn is planning to donate to a Trans organization and Sue’s Gift. Joseph’s 2 are Inside/Out
youth services and Educating Children of Color Inc.
Old Business – Coronation completed, successfully!!
New Business – February General Membership meeting, location TBD.
Hysteria Brooks asked the court a Gracious Pardon for not finishing out her Co Regency. Joseph
motioned, Nancy second the motion be opened for discussion. Autumn motioned to have
discussion tabled until next meeting. Motion tabled.
Community comments – No comments from members present.
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for December 14 at 3pm at the Satellite Hotel
conference room.
