Call to order: 11:05 am Mesha, President, presided the meeting.
President – Nothing significant to report
Vice-President Report – Vacant.
Treasurer Report – Sean discussed the funds in current accounts. Reign 46 total funds raised was discussed. Matt motioned to approve report, Steven second. Motion passed.
Membership Report- Some members have unsubscribed to the emailing list which is where the invitation confusion around Investitures came from.
State of the Reign Report – Dates for Coronation is November 9th through the 12th. Venue to be Olympic Museum with Antlers or Academy Hotel as possible host hotels. Autumn motions to accept Olympic Museum as host hotel, Matt seconded. All in favor, motion passed. Hysteria motions to approve 15% deposit to secure the venue, Autumn second. All in favor, motion passed. Winter Cotillion to be held at Luxe on March 10th. Black and White Ball is set to be in May. Steven and Hysteria discussed their travel plans.
State of the Regents Report – No significant activities to report.
Old Business – No significant activity to report.
New Business –Autumn motion to accepts RJ Lewis’ resignation for Public Relations position, Steven second. All in favor, motion passed.
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for March 7, 2023 at Engels & Volkers conference room at 6pm. Meeting adjourn at 11:50am.
