Let it be known that, from this day forward, Mr. John Renn shall be a permanent member of the Council of Regents will full honors and privileges and respect due this position.

Let it be known throughout the Empire of Southern Colorado

Let it be known that the new Monarchs shall, by the first Board of Advisors meeting after the while line is in position, have a list of the responsibilities of each line member, i.e.: who does what, who does posters, who does decorating, who does shows, etc.

Whereas each line member knows his or her job description and responsibilities; so that the whole line takes a part in the outcome of the year with the Monarchs overseeing and helping them.

I, Erica Iseult Courtland, do hereby proclaim that:

At the end of each reign, the Imperial Court of Southern Colorado will hold no more than $1000.00 in its bank account to start the new reign with. Monies in excess of this will be divided 50/50 between the Emperor and Empress to be given to the charities or organizations of their choice within the geographical boundaries of the Imperial Court of Southern Colorado. The presentation of this money shall be made at P.R. Ball.

I give the Board of Advisors of the Imperial Court of Southern Colorado the right however to withhold more than the $1000.00 prescribed. The amount to be determined by the current inflation rate within the State of Colorado should be it be determined that this will be necessary.

I, Erica Iseult Courtland, do hereby proclaim that:

Having once attained the title of Emperor, Empress, Prince or Princess Royale, one has fulfilled their obligations for that year of service. Once you have stepped down, your title is permanent. Therefore, from this day forward all Emperors, Empresses and P.R.’s may not take a line title any lesser than the highest permanent title they hold. This is to insure the growth and prosperity of the Imperial Court of Southern Colorado and to lessen the inbreeding which occurs. I leave the responsibility to each new Monarch to propagate new blood in the Imperial Family.
