General Membership Meeting 02-12-2023

Greetings UCPPE:
It’s that time of year, we will be having our annual General membership meeting on February 12th at 12pm at Engels & Volkers. Prior to that will be the BOA meeting, and then after the GM meeting will be followed by a BOA retreat. This retreat is to take some time to ensure every Board member understands their role and responsibilities. Everyone is welcome to attend as well as give corrective and positive feedback.
We have vacant positions as well as positions coming up for vacancy. Those are: Vice President; Recording Secretary; and Membership At Large, Games Manager. Applications are available and accepted now thru the day of meeting. Application fee for Vice President and Recording Secretary is $50.00 (non refundable)
Anyone that would like to add any item to the agenda for the GM meeting, please contact me and I will add it. The agenda will go out via email and be posted on this page a week from the 12th. So please get any agenda items to me prior to he 5th. (honesly, the agenda may go out by the 2nd or the 7th as I will be attending Minnesota’s Coronation)
Hell, let’s make this a potluck! please get with myself and Emperor 46, Matt Gomez on items you wish to bring so we can better organize this. There are plugging outlets and a kitchen with a fridge and sink in this space.
We are going to have a fun and exciting Reign 47!! let’s take this tragedy as a lesson that life is too short, but too glittery to bicker with one another esp in our own community and let’s show the world what standing together looks like. Look forward to seeing everyone that can attend.
