Call to order: 6:04pm; Mesha, President, presided the meeting.
President Report- No significant activity to report
Vice President Report – No significant activity to report
Secretary Report – Excused absence
Treasurer Report – Bobby presented details for the finances for each account. Joseph motioned
to accept the financial report, Steven second. Motion passed.
Committee Report – No significant activities to report.
State of the Reign Report – Michael and Alexis discussed details of recent and upcoming
events. Michael motioned to reimburse the Monarch’s for $677.22 for Omaha Coronation trip,
Alexis second. Majority in favor, motion passed.
State of the Regents Report – Steven hosted Regent meeting and details for Regent event
upcoming.
Old Business – Candidate review was conducted, three candidates for Reign 49.
New Business – Coronation details were discussed.
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for October 8, 6:00pm at The Q. Meeting adjourn
at 7:35pm

The Webmaster is now a board at-large position with election every year.
