th 2024, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting
BOA and Members present: Mesha Narie Fierce – President; Roy Merkle – Vice President;
Robert Steinborn – Treasurer; Joseph Shelton – Public Relations; Michael Robertson – Emperor
48; Alexis Rave – Empress 48; Joe Smith – Parliament; Steven Grantham – Regent Council;
Autumn Quinn – Membership Chair; Michael Cornejo; Duane Thompson
Call to order: 6:10pm; Mesha, President, presided the meeting.
President Report – Thanked Steven for his efforts and work as Chair Council of Regent.
Vice President Report – Tracking protocol for Coronation and will be ready to receive up to
Coronation day.
Secretary Report – Autumn motioned to accept the August meeting minutes, Steven second, all
in favor, motion passed.
Treasurer Report – Bobby presented details for the finances for each account. Steven motioned
to accept the financial report, Roy second. All in favor motion passed.
Public Relations Report – Programs were sent to be printed on 8 October with a 2 week turn
around. $545.00 is expected upon pickup for 40 programs. We will have a QR code available
with the programs.
Membership Chair Report – No significant activities to report.
State of the Reign Report – Michael and Alexis discussed details of recent and upcoming
events.
State of the Regents Report – More donations came in for hospitality and Regent account. The
committee for hospitality has everything arranged for the weekend.
Old Business – Bus tour schedule was finalized 5 September.
New Business – Vote counting will be completed on morning of Coronation and will be
conducted by 2-3 out of realm Monarch’s or board members with UCPPE President and at least
one board member present for observation. Coronation details were discussed. Coronation script
was not ready for board review. President informed the Monarch’s, via email, to have the script
emailed to the board no later than 11 October, 2024 or they relinquish their right on deciding
performers, emcee’s, DJ, Dias, attendants, etc.
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for November 3, 10:00am at The Antler’s.
