Autumn Quinn – Empress 49; Joseph Shelton – Emperor 49; Nancy Farmer – Corresponding
Secretary; Alexis Rave – Chair Council of Regents; Anthony Garcia – Prince 49; Joe Smith;
Steven Grantham – Emperor 47; Daddy Bruce Littrell – Emperor 39
Call to order: 6:04pm; Mesha, President, presided the meeting.
President Report – No significant activity to report
Vice President Report – A protocol form for all Court events for walks has been created.
Recording Secretary Report – Vacant
Treasurer Report – Bob presented details for the finances and each account. Autumn motioned
to accept the financial report, Joseph second, with all in favor, motion passed.
Public Relations Report – Vacant
Membership Chair Report – 1 additional member in the past month.
Web Master Report – No significant activity to report.
State of the Reign Report – Autumn and Joseph discussed details of recent and upcoming
events and travels. Anthony discussed upcoming PR Ball.
Corresponding Secretary Report – No significant activity to report.
State of the Regents Report – Alexis is searching for a venue for Regent meeting and
fundraiser.
Old Business – Plans to work with Southern Colorado Health Network in the future. Coronation
discussion will pick up at Sep meeting.
New Business – Joseph motioned to accept nominees for several ICS awards to present to the
ICS BOD, Autumn second, With all in favor, motion passed. There were 2 interest in Monarch
50, no one showed for candidate review. Currently there are no candidates for Monarch 50.
Regents will be notified.
Community comments – No comments from members present.
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for September 9th 6pm at The Retro Lounge.
