BOA Meeting Minutes 3 March 2026

March 3, 2026, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting

BOA and members present: Mesha Narie Fierce – President; Michael Anderson – Vice
President; Ed Sanders – Web Master; Li Holiday– Membership Chair; Autumn Quinn – Co
Council; Joseph Shelton – Co Council; Scott Mosher-Ramirez – Emprex 50; Nancy Farmer –
Recording Secretary
Absent: Finn Fischer- corresponding secretary

Call to order: 6:11pm; Mesha, President, presided over the meeting. February meeting minutes,
Autumn motioned to approve, Ed second. With all in favor, motion passed.

President Report – Discuss when we have meetings and purpose of meetings.

Vice President Report – Winter cotillion and all state functions protocol will be gathered and
prepared by VP.

Treasurer Report – vacant. President presented report. Autumn motioned to approve, Joseph
second. Presented a new format for treasure’s report to be posted for the public. With all in favor,
motion passed.

Recording Secretary Report – Nothing significant to report.

Public Relations Report – Vacant

Membership Chair Report – A couple of renewals and 6 new members. Membership ends in
June/July. Membership drive, to be announced at Winter Cotillion and Black and White Ball in
May. Discussed advertising for state events, $25 gets entrance into the event and membership to
UCPPE.

Webmaster Report – Square not offered on the site and disconnected the account. Zeffy is a
possibility and will be changed after Winter Cotillion. For now Paypal is the option online.

State of the Reign Report – Winter Cotillion is 3/7/26. Requested budget for liquor and mixers
of up to $500. Joseph motioned, Autumn second. With all in favor, motion passed. Budget for
Denver’s coronation advertisement $75. Autumn motioned, Li second. With all in favor, motion
passed.

Corresponding Secretary Report – absent

State of the Regents Report – Regents meeting scheduled for August 8th. Location TBD.
Talking with Network in Action regarding Pride, possibly partnering with them.

Old Business – Public relations position is still open.

New Business – April 7th meeting will be interviewing candidates for Treasurer position. All
members to be in attendance. Discussed changing banks, due to business hours and locations.
First Bank specializes in 501C3 non profits, will discuss further in April.

Community comments – no comments.

With no further discussion. The meeting adjourned at 8:03pm. Next meeting is April 7th @ 6pm
in the VIP room at the Satellite Hotel.
