May 15th 2021, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting
BOA and members present: Adam Martinez – Vice President; Mesha Narie Fierce – Recording Secretary; Carroll Hillebrand – Treasurer; Sean Andrews – Public Relations; Nic Grzecka – Emperor 44, 45; Sable Gordon – Regent Co-Council; Sean Gooden – Regent Co-Council; Ed Sanders – Membership Chair;
Call to order: 10:25am; Adam Martinez, Vice President, presided the meeting.
President Report- No significant activity to report
Vice President Report – No significant activity to report
Secretary Report – No significant activity to report
Treasurer Report – Carroll presented details for the finances and each account. Discussed the separate funds in each accounts and the disbursements. The shed and delivery has been paid from the Regent’s account. Nic motioned to accept the financial report, Sean G second, with all in favor, motion passed.

Committee Report – No significant activities to report.
State of the Reign Report – Nic discussed details of recent and upcoming events. Discussed the need for Regent and member support to events and scheduled shows.
State of the Regents Report – Sean G discussed what is needed for Coronation packets. Regents meeting will be held August 7th following the BOA Candidate review. Shed for storage has been purchased.
Old Business – In regards to updates on the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, please check with show hosts, as changes are made daily. Vacancy for President and potential candidate was discussed. Due to the downtime and slow bandwidth on the UCPPE website, Ed has addressed to the Board that we need to move to a different server or to pay the increase so that we can remain operable. To continue with current server, we will have a discount for the first month of $13.99, from thereafter will be $19.47 monthly. The site needs to be upgraded as the current server was only receiving the 503 service denial errors. Nic motioned to increase the amount of monthly payment for the UCPPE web page for $19.47 monthly, Sean G second, after discussion, all were in favor, motion passed.
New Business – Coronation roles and responsibilities were discussed and to be communicated throughout each month until Coronation. Nic motioned to purchase up to $125 for full page ads in upcoming Coronations, Sean A second, all were in favor, motion passed.
Educational Segment – Sean G discussed Consent training s, schedule forthcoming. Sean A will bill issuing and sending logins for Google Suite so we can begin utilizing that site for record keeping.
