BOA Meeting Minutes 11-12-2023

Present: Hysteria Brooks – Empress 47, Sean Gooden – Treasurer, Michael Robertson – Emperor 48, Alexis Rave – Empress 48, Roy Merkle – Vice-President, Ed Sanders – Recording Secretary, Steven Grantham – Emperor 47, Mesha Narie Fierce – President, Autumn Quinn – Membership Chair
Call to Order: by Mesha at 10:17
President’s Report: Mesha introduced a Guide for Monarchs to the newly elected monarchs. Mesha reported on the 3 year contract with the Antler’s Hotel. Mesha also reported on the status of the Resiliency center.
Treasurer’s Report: Sean reported that the bank account is in balance and up to date. Motion made to accept the treasury report, Autumn motioned and Steven seconded the motion, all were in favor.
Recording Secretary Report: Website updated
Membership Chair Report: Autumn reported new memberships for Michael and Alexis, Billy and Connie. Prince and Princess Royal were introduced, Billy and Connie, motion made by Autumn to accept the new prince and princess, seconded by Hysteria. All were in favor of the motion.
Current Monarchs Report: Michael and Alexis gave dates for upcoming events:

BW Ball 05-18-2024
