Board of Advisors Meeting Minutes October 13 2019

October 13^th 2019, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting

BOA present: Sean Gooden – President; Water Xaris – Vice President; Mesha Narie Fierce – Recording Secretary; Dan Alexander – Treasurer; Ed Sanders – Corresponding Secretary, Darryl Alexander – Membership Chair; Koriandir Xaris – Member at Large; Anak Shayne – Empress 43

Call to order: 11:56am; Sean Gooden, President, presided the meeting.

President Report- No significant activity to report

Vice President Report – No significant activity to report

Secretary Report – No significant activity to report

Treasurer Report – Dan presented the financial breakdown to include inbound and outbound funds. The Medallions, Ring and Crowns have been purchased. Water motioned to accept the Treasurer report, Darryl second, with all were in favor, motion carried.

Committee Report – No significant activities to report.

State of the Reign Report – Detailed discussion in regards to Coronation.

State of the Regents Report – No significant activity to report.

Old Business – Bagging goods for the Feed The Homeless was held at Prince Royal 43, Nic Grzecka’s home and was a success and delivered on October 6^th.

New Business – A new Gaming Manager needs to be identified as soon as possible in order to continue license. Immediately following Coronation.

With no further business to discuss, next BOA meeting is set for November 3^rd at 10:00am. Meeting adjourned at 1:10pm.
