November 3^rd 2019, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting

BOA present: Sean Gooden – President; Water Xaris – Vice President; Mesha Narie Fierce – Recording Secretary; Dan Alexander – Treasurer; Lauryn Ashley – Member At Large; William St.Piere – Member At Large; Anka Shayne – Empress 43, Hospitality Chair; Autumn Quinn – Empress 44; Nic Grzecka – Emperor 44

Call to order: 10:07am; Sean Gooden, President, presided the meeting.

President Report- No significant activity to report

Vice President Report – No significant activity to report

Secretary Report – No significant activity to report

Treasurer Report – Dan presented the financial breakdown to include inbound and outbound funds. Water motioned to accept the Treasurer report, Anka second, with all in favor, motion carried.

Committee Report – No significant activities to report.

State of the Reign Report – Outline of upcoming events and dates were presented. Autumn motioned to purchase a table for Las Vegas Coronation for $200.00, Nic second, with all in favor, motion passed. PR Candidates: Prince Royale – Garret G. Princess Royale – Mehsa Narie Fierce. All voted yes for each, new PR’s were announced.

State of the Regents Report – Anka motioned to have up to $150.00 for Las Vegas ads, Autumn second, with all in favor, motion passed.

Old Business – Discussion of Coronation.

New Business – Discussion for next Coronation. Theme will be Under the Big Top. Date TBD.  Anka motioned to purchase name tags for current reign for up to $150.00, Water second, with all in favor, motion passed.

With no further business to discuss, next BOA meeting is set for December 14^th at 6:00pm.
