Call to order: 10:07am; Adam Martinez, Vice President, presided the meeting.
President Report- No significant activity to report
Vice President Report – No significant activity to report
Secretary Report – No significant activity to report
Treasurer Report – Carroll presented details for the finances and each account. Discussed the separate funds in each accounts and the disbursements. Nic motioned to accept the financial report, Joseph second. Motion passed.

Committee Report – No significant activities to report.
State of the Reign Report – Nic and Autumn discussed details of recent and upcoming events. Nic and Autumn along with both PR’s will be attending the Nebraska Coronation. Every Thursday, anyone is welcome to meet at Club Q at 11:00 am to help with making lunch baggies to feed the homeless. Donations are accepted via Venmo.
State of the Regents Report – Sable discussed upcoming events. July 30 will be a Court show at Club Q with a theme of Disco in the summer.
Old Business – In regards to updates on the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions, please check with show hosts, as changes are made daily. The roles and responsibilities for Coronation will be sent to each BOA via email. Archie Neil submitted his resignation to Games Manager May 18.
New Business – Consent training will be combined with the Health conference held at the Stargazer on July 13th. Free COVID-19 testing will be available during Pride at Club Q.
Educational Segment – Nothing significant to report.
