July 08th 2021, United Court Pikes Peak Empire Board of Advisors meeting
BOA and members present: Adam Martinez – Vice President; Mesha Narie Fierce – Recording Secretary; Carroll Hillebrand – Treasurer; Sean Andrews – Public Relations; Nic Grzecka – Emperor 44, 45; Autumn Quinn – Empress 44,45; Sable Gordon – Regent Co-Council; Sean Gooden – Regent Co-Council; Joseph Shelton – Correspondence Secretary; Ed Sanders – Membership Chair
Call to order: 6:04pm; Adam Martinez, Vice President, presided the meeting.
President Report- No significant activity to report
Vice President Report – No significant activity to report
Secretary Report – No significant activity to report
Treasurer Report – Carroll presented details for the finances and each account. Discussed the donations received for the month and Bingo remains to be a success. The money for the shed was refunded due to the donation from Matthew Haynes for 20ft space of a 40ft container he purchased and donated half to the UCPPE, which will be stored behind Club Q in a fenced area with a non-monetary lease. Nic motioned to accept the financial report, Sean A second. Motion passed.
Committee Report – No significant activities to report.
State of the Reign Report – Nic and Autumn discussed details of recent and upcoming events.. PR Ball will be August 14th at Club Q @ 6:00pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance via the UCPPE website or at the door.
State of the Regents Report – Sable discussed upcoming events. Sean G motioned to spend up to $200 per ad for Out of State Coronations that are decided by Emperor and Empress’ choice, Sean A second, with all in favor, motion passed. The Regent’s meeting will be August 7th at Club Q @ 12 noon.
Old Business – Adam discussed open vacancies on the board. Sean G motioned to approve spending limit up to $800 for PR Ball, Nic second, with all in favor, motion passed.
New Business – Bingo etiquette for Callers were discussed.
Educational Segment – Nothing significant to report.

New Mexico – September 18-19
With no further discussion, next meeting is set for August 7th, 10:00 am at Club Q. Meeting adjourn at 6:38 pm.
