UCPPE BOA Meeting Minutes
12/13/2021
Present in person: Mesha, Matt, Steven, Autumn, Joseph, Carroll and Sean Andrews.
Virtually Present: Ed, Nic and Sable
The meeting was called to order at 6:07 PM
Carroll presented the treasurers report and explained he is still waiting on a few invoices from
Coronation. Autumn motioned to accept the report, Matt second. & yes votes and Carroll
abstained. Matt and Mesha went over the state of the reign. There was discussion regarding out of realm ads and line meetings. Regent shows were discussed and it was decided that they shall remain on 5th Fridays.
The meeting adjourned at 6:37 PM
The next meeting will be on 1/10/2022 at 6:00 PM at Club Q
